I would be surprised if your doctor did not tell you you were still swollen. Nothing looks abnormal to me. Patient's, low-salt, sleep with the head elevated, and you will probably look very good in a few weeks.

The chin implant is too wide and convex in shape for your face. It may look fine in the side view but this can be a common problem in the front view for women. It needs to be a very v-shaped implant to maintain a more pleasing chin shape for a female. The fat grafting has taken in an irregular linear appearance. Reduction of these lumps requires microcannula liposuction.
