I have always had chubby cheeks no matter if I am normal weight or under weight. I hate how big they get when I smile. Is buccal fat removal the only option?

Based on your photos, you appear to be a better candidate for front-cheek and deep-cheek (superficial/deep medial) fat reduction rather than buccal fat removal.This approach can gently reduce overall cheek fullness.
However, it is important to understand that the cheek volume that appears when you smile cannot be completely eliminated, as this is partly structural and muscular.A realistic goal is a subtle, natural slimming, not total removal of movement.
An in-person consultation is recommended to confirm whether you are a suitable candidate.
