Weak, tired and feels hard to breath 3 weeks post liposuction of abdomen and flanks.

You should be seen by your surgeon immediately for a full checkup and possibly labs and imaging studies. 

I recommend following up with your Doctor for a formal evaluation. You may also have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after your procedure. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend adding vanquish for further fat removal, exilis/venus legacy for skin tightening, cellutone/z wave to make the skin smooth, remove scar tissue, and improve the skin’s appearance. Anyone who experiences shortmess of breath after surgery should be screened for blood clots on the lungs and legs. Just because you were clear at 2 days doesn’t rule out the possibility of it happening later. If you are still experiencing these symptoms, I might consider more and repeat testing to be sure. That being said, it can take a while for the soreness of liposuction to dissipate and tight garments can make it feel hard to breathe as well. You should follow up with your surgeon.

When you talk about difficulty breathing, you must treat it like it is the worst case possible, and be glad that it is not.  I would recommend that you notify your ps, and get a re-check at the ER.  Better safe than sorry.Another thing to check is your hemoglobin levels, be sure you are not anemic.sek
