Can liposuction be done in my lower arms? The lower part between the elbow and the wrist.

hello sss920  liposuction can be done at zones which are disproportionate or undesired (such as “love handles”). The best way get a good idea of what should be done is setting up a consultation with a certified PS.

I perform standard arm lifts and miniarm lifts, but I think that you might be a good candidate for a minimally invasive Body Tite procedure.

This is possible but from the photo, it doesn't look like you have a lot of fat.  You should see an expert for in-person exam first.  Be sure to discuss your goals and concerns with your board certified plastic surgeon and consider the pros and the cons. Be certain your surgeon is properly certified.  I've attached a link where you can start your search.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  There are many important superficial structures in that part of the forearm, so great care must be taken when considering liposuction.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

It is possible to liposuction the forearms.  My concern would be for hanging skin; you should be seen in consultation by a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you would be a candidate for this procedure.

Although it is not common, liposuction of the forearm area is certainly possible. Best to be seen in consultation.
