Is it safe to get SMP to cover FUE scars and fill in my crown?

Scalp MicroPigmentation or SMP can be done as long as your wound has healed with no redness. At 6 months, it is perfectly fine to have SMP with your hair long or short.  

Thank you for your question. You are certainly far enough out from your FUE procedure to move forward with a scalp micro-pigmentation procedure. This should give you the appearance of greater density in the crown and camouflage the scars from your FUE harvesting.
