What size breast implant will give me a small D cup after a double mastectomy?

I had delayed Breast Reconstruction surgery 7 weeks ago. I'm 5 foot 7 and 145 pounds. So far I have 500 cc's in my TE's. I would like to get to a small D in size. How many cc's more will I need to reach my desired small D size?

There is no exact correlation between "cc" and cup size. The "cc" distribute over a chest width and height that differs in different woman. For example, a petite woman with 500cc looks very different than a stocky obese woman with 500 cc.You have to go by "look." And you can try on soft bras to see what you fit.Best wishes on your next stage of reconstruction!

There is no correlation of implant size and bra cup size. A tissue expander with 500cc is equivalent to approximately 575 to 600cc implant because the tissue expander is thicker and has a large metal port in it. The best thing for you to see what bra cup size you are currently with the tissue expander in place is to go and try on different bra sizes. Best of luck in your reconstruction journey.
