Renuvion vs. lifts. How do Renuvion results compare for on the face?

I am a 45 yo female seeking resurfacing for fine lines around the eyes, lips, tightening under the chin, and a general "lifted" appearance. Dr#1 proposed laser for the cheeks, the rest Renuvion and fat transfer under the eyes. Dr#2 proposed full face Renuvion and filler for under eyes. Dr#3 proposed a brow lift, blepharoplasty, mini face and neck lifts, and renuvion for jowl area. How effective is Renuvion in comparison to lifts for what I described as my condition and what I'm looking for?

As we age the skin sags there is  nothing  you can do that but try preventative  energy-based or thread-based  treatments or get a neck/facelift earlier in the aging process.  There are numerous options and some can be used in combination to get best outcomes but you need a consultation with an expert
Options include for skin tightening :
thermage radiofrequency to heat skin and tighten it over time and prevent the aging process
ultherapy highintensity ultrasound to contract muscle and tighten the face and neck and prevent the aging process
PDO nova threads or instalift threads for immediate lifting without surgery and long term collagen production
sculptra injections for collagen production to areas of the face and neck with crepe skin or early sagging

facelift/necklift with fat grafting/fillers if you need a big improvement

Hi.  A photograph would have been very helpful to fully answer this question.  Renuvion is extremely effective in resurfacing old damage off the skin, permitting the ingrowth of new youthful skin that is tighter and undamaged.  There is a powerful amount of tissue contraction that accompanies Renuvion-it can be run over eyelids-something that lasers can't do.  For a young person like yourself, this may be a great option. When used under the skin in the jowl area, it can help tighten the skin from underneath-the neck skin is too delicate for surface Renuvion treatment. Filler and fat transfer suggestions are for volume and likely will not change with skin changes.  The surgical lifts will move tissues deeper to the skin and have the longest lasting effect as excess tissue is actually excised (not just contracted) and repositioned.  Again, your pic is central to opining on which of the suggestions to consider.  Best wishes, Dr. Doolabh
