J-plasma is a cold helium plasma device created by the company Bovie. It is purported to be helpful for skin resurfacing and tightening, but there is not enough data out yet to confirm the safety or efficacy of this treatment. Fibroblast is a non-medical device which also uses plasma but is much smaller and less powerful. Again, not well established for safety, efficacy, or how long the results will last. I do not believe the fibroblast pen is FDA approved for use within the USA. Warm regards.
there is nothing the same as J plasma, and as one of the few providers with the longest experience, this treatment has very long downtime for the chance of the best outcomes.
