Thank you for your question.  Technically, it is possible to remove your belly button completely, but this would leave you with a scar along the middle of your stomach.  Attempts to "fill" the belly button with fat may lessen your belly button's appearance, but if you wanted as smooth and uniform of a stomach as possible, then surgical excision would be the best method.
