I want to in a way fill in my belly button or just a layer of skin over it.

I know it sounds weird, but I just find a belly button to be odd and I don't like it. So can this procedure be done with either filling it, or a layer of skin over it. Also if it can be done how much would this procedure cost?

Thank you for your question.  Unfortunately its not likely to close however it is an easy operation to rectify under a local anaesthetic and does tend to heal very well.  All The Best
