Can lipo slow your metabolism? 10 days post-op - don't feel hungry.

I had the classic mommy makeover: breast augmentation, lipo about the trunk and top of buttocks, and a mini tummy tuck (navel to pubis). I have to say, I have no interest in eating. I do t feel hungry. I'm about a week and a half post op, so not back to exercise yet, but I am walking over a mile a day. I am 47 years old. Did the lipo slow my metabolism?

Hi , the skin removal from umbilicoplasty would be minimal and not result in a significant change. A reverse abdominoplasty will not provide a much better result. I would recommend an abdominoplasty instead. All the best!

The compression helps early on with swelling and scar maturation, but beyond 6 weeks it probably doesn't add anything. At that point you should be able to wear whatever you want and enjoy your new body! Hope that helps!
