Your photos show some of "deformity" that you want to correct. It looks like you are a good candidate for body sculpting procedure which will include removal of  fat from you back and waist by means of liposuction. This fat tissue can be then processed/purified and used in the form of fat grafts to give more volume and additional shape to your buttocks.
