It does not appear that your nipple has been lifted to a normal lifted position.  It is difficult to determine from your photograph exactly what technique was used for your procedure.  At this point the only thing to do is continue with meticulous wound care so everything will heal properly. Down the road you may desire nipple reconstruction. Best wishes.

I am sorry that you are having a problem with the tissue on your Right breast. If you are a smoker, stop immediately. Follow your doctors instructions and it is likely that an early pink skin will repigment over time, like months.  If not, tattooing using reconstructive techniques may restore your color.
