Areola torn and nipple gone after breast augmentation and lift (Photo)

Three weeks I got a breast augmentation w/ a lift on the right side, the right side is taking a bit more patience as dar as healing goes. I feel like its gotten worse as more skin and more skin peels away with my dressings (it doesnt hurt) I've asked my surgeon and he said to just keep it clean and it'd look better when it heals I trust him its just unnerving to look at. Is there anyway i can help the healing? I clean it with gold dial,lightly apply antibacterial cream and then cover with gauze
