My boobs lean to the side when I lay down and I hate it. What procedures can fix this?

Hello. I have big boobs but they are very saggy. When I lay down, they lean to the side and it is so ugly and I just hate them. I've wanted big perky boobs my whole life and I've considered getting Breast lift with or without implants. Will getting JUST a Breast lift will make them perky and not lean to the side? Or will implants help making them be perky. Sorry if I didn't make sense , I've tried my best to explain. Thank you :)

A breast lift will make your breasts perky and should correct lateral displacement of the breasts.  Some amount of reduction may also be needed.

best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  Based on
your description, you may benefit from a breast lift.  This decision should
be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you
and your surgeon.   Make sure you specifically look
at before and after pictures of real patients who have had this surgery
performed by your surgeon and evaluate their results.   The most
important aspect is to find a surgeon you are comfortable with. I recommend
that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified plastic surgeon who
can evaluate you in person.

With or without implants is hard to say, as is the type of lift, without at least seeing some photos. Please follow-up this question with front and side view photos. When you lay down and you have large sagging breats gravity will pull them to the side.I mastopexy and possible an aug or maybe some fat grafting will help correct this but there will always be some sagging laterally.
