Hi... thank you for the question... In my practice i suggest 4-6 months between procedures... After swollen have go down and your system is ready to be submitted to another procedure.

At my office I recommend waiting 3 months in between general surgeries but other offices maybe different.  Sounds like you have your surgery schedule planned out. The best advise I can give is to make a consult with a Board Certified Plastic Surgery and discuss the surgeries you want, so the best plan can be made.   

I think that it really depends upon your overall health and the amount of blood loss from each procedure. Often I wait 4 months or longer between larger procedures.

Thank you for your question.  It sounds like you have quite an agenda for rejuvenating several areas.  There are different philosophy's for body contouring procedures but most will recommend having the operations on the trunk done first.  I.e. the tummy tuck and breast surgery at the same time as first stage.  Then moving outward on the body.  If you are considering BBL then you might consider this operation first. Liposuction before skin removal of the areas you mention in a staged fashion often lead to superior results for those areas.  This fat along with from other areas would likely give ample donor fat for transfer to the buttock area.3-6 months of healing is usually recommended between stages.   Nothing can replace an in person consultation. Best to see a surgeon experienced in body contouring as well as BBL in your area.Best of luck.  

This is a great question!  It is a very common question in the office. I am so proud of you for looking ahead and considering your post op care and optimizing your outcome to best possible result.3 Months is an appropriate time between surgery sessions as long as your diet and metabolism can support  the healing process.  Your incisions should be completely healed and your energy level should back to normal before the next session.  Consider boosting your immune system during the healing process with extra vitamin c with 1000 - 2000 mg per day. Multi vitamins and supplements will help as well.  Adding organic vegetables and decreasing your amount of meat and milk intake will give your immune system a rest and promote faster healing.I hope this helps.
