I have found a good board-certified plastic surgeon, but I am worried about the aftercare. How wide should the hole on the BBL beds and chairs be for it not to mess with the fat transfer to my hips? And can the compression on the hips and butt change the shape my PS gives me? What’s best faja for fat to hips and butt? Also having Lipo 360

If you haven’t had an in person consultation with the plastic surgeon yet then I suggest schedule multiple in person consultations with plastic surgeons in your community. All the procedures you’ve listed is probably too much to be done at the same time. There’s no such thing as a small tummy...
