I am unhappy with the recession of my maxillary bone and lack of prominent bone structure, especially around my nose/midface. I am not prepared to undergo double jaw surgery, although I know this would give the best outcome. Would fillers help give the appearance of better forward facial growth? How effective are paranasal implants? Would fillers provide similar results? Any suggestions on how to enhance this area?
