What can be done about these lines under my eyes? (photos)

I have dark skin and so many lines under my eyes. I’m 29 and have an issue with dry skin. My skin bounces back when pinch it. I’ve always had hollow under eyes it’s genetic and now these lines and bumps are appearing. What are the treatment options for dark skin with this issue that will fade these lines?

It's not clear why you consulted your physician for one procedure and had another...That said, you appear bruised and swollen, and you are not looking at your final result. Consider re-asking your question when your bruising is gone, and please tell us what's bothering you about your under eye...
