Cheek Filler or PDO Threads for jowls/perioral mounds/ buccal fat - which would be best for me? (photos)

Iv had jawline fillers, filler in my chin and nxt to my mouth to disguise this bulge on my left side it is more prominent on my left for some reason. Iv just finished my 3rd hifu treatment and have seen slight lifting results but wondering what else I can do as I am really insecure about this. I am 38 years old iv lost some volume in my middle cheek area, will fillers help this area I am concerned about ? Or thread lift Tia
