Treatment for deep dimple-associated crease? (Photo)

Hi! I had a cute little dimple on my cheek, but as I am aging (currently 25) it is turning into a crease. Its not so bad right now but I anticipate it will continue to deepen. Would filler work to treat it in the future?

It's not clear why you consulted your physician for one procedure and had another...That said, you appear bruised and swollen, and you are not looking at your final result. Consider re-asking your question when your bruising is gone, and please tell us what's bothering you about your under eye...
