Is pico laser safe on legs (african american skin)?

Multiple bug bites have left terrible scars on my legs...is pico laser safe to use on dark skin, and is it effective with fading dark marks? Is there another laser that works better?

Hi there, I am not sure how this happened.. Radiesse should never be used in the tear trough. It seems your lymphatic system isn't fully draining. Radio frequency should help ; multiple treatments and then a vascular laser for the redness. See an expert injector... only Board Certified...
