Hi, I'm 35 and would like to reduce my undereye wrinkles. I would like to know if more aggressive fractional ablative lasers (i.e. more downtime, more risk of side effects) always deliver better effects, i.e. wrinkle reduction. Specifically, I was comparing CO2RE, Erbium, but potentially also other solution (Matrix etc.) I don't mind more downtime if the gain is greater - but if isn't, it makes no sense at all. Thank you for your advice!
