Can subcison combined with Microneedling + PRP can be all done in 1 treatment??

I want to know if subcision combined with microneedling + PRP all together? As my doc is telling me to do this one for the rolling, box and ice pick scars i have. Subcision +PRP to break the scars and prp for healing and than microneedling after that. Is this the right way to start this procedure ?
