I had Xeomin injected a day ago under my eye and it appears that a blood vessel was popped in the process. Is this a concern? How long until this heals? Is this a normal thing to have happen when being injected?

Thank you for your question. Typically, neuromodulators like Xeomin are not recommended for use during pregnancy because there has been no official testing done to prove the safety of them. For more information, I recommend getting a in person consultation from a board-certified dermatologist.

I understand your concern. However one of the positives is that this will resolve with time. I would recommend follow up with your provider if there are any changes.
