I had perlane injected in my tear troughs one month ago. I swelled horribly but eventually the swelling subsided. Since then I have had a thin "ridge" of what looks like product under my eyes. Underneath the ridge is a very dark line. I have had 3 rounds of hyaluronidase injected to get rid of the perlane but my doctor is doing it slowly. I actually look older since this has all been done. I now have a deep line between the ridge and my eyes. Was it just over injected or is the placement wrong?

I never use Perlane in the eye troughs , are you positive that is what they used there? There is an enzyme that can be injected and will remove it. I would make and appointment with a nearby Plastic Surgery office who performs these procedures regularly.
