Can I still get lip fillers if I have scar tissue in my lip?

It sounds as though your lip piercing is just a linear, midline scar through your lip. Without seeing or palpating your lip, I am just guessing that a surgeon experienced with fillers would be able to "work around" this midline scar. Significant scarring can even be disrupted or excised, in extreme cases.

Small scar bands can be disrupted by "cutting them with a fine knife blade or needle ". Once disrupted,filler can be used. Minor surgical excision and repair can also improve scars.A plastic surgeon can review these options.
