Plastic surgery scars require attention after surgery so that they remain cosmetically-appealing and barely noticeable. Greatly posted photos btw. But you had a circumferential body lift surgery or TT. The result appears excellent. Doing scar revision in your case is not recommended. I might try specialized injections of bicarbonate with xylo sine to break the pain cycle.
