Suffered facial injury (8/2020) that resulted in laceration across nose and a badly lacerated upper lip. PS in the ER sutured the swollen/hanging lip that then resulted in drooping/protruding scar tissue causing asymmetry. Atrophic nose laceration went unsutured and resulted in a noticeable staircase scar. On 6/2021, revision to bottom of the nasal scar attempted to close a pore.Poor postcare treatment (exercising w/ sutures, hydrogen peroxide to bleeding sutures), resulted in scab that tore off
