Can I do chest exercise after a keloid steroid injection on my chest?

Can I dochest exercise after a keloid steriod injection on my chest? Would it affect the effectiveness of the shot in anyway? The keloid is location right in the middle of my two pec muscle. Also can I shower and get it wet as usual? Thank you
