23 year old AA woman, how to make forehead scar less noticeable? (Photo)

Hi I am a 23 year old AA woman. This is a old scar from childhood that I’m just really starting to notice . And it’s very noticeable in the sun. I wanted to know if this is fixable to make it less noticeble?And approximately how much this would cost to fix . Thank you!
