Open heart mitrol valve surgery. Will they make me remove my breast implants?

I have just found out i was born with only 2 valves on my heart. I also have an anuerysm on my ascending aorta. The anuersym is approx @a4.4 with little to no growth the past year to year and a half . i have to have mitrol valve surgery within this next year Do to the anuerysm i have to have Open Heart Surgery. Will they make me remove my breast implants for good or at least till i am completely healed? Can they be left in tact?
