Hair around my nipples. How to take care of it after after breast augmentation?

If you are having surgery soon, you should ask your surgeon for instructions regarding this.  Your question is a good one , as infections around the nipple/areolar area  are a concern with regards to infections around the implant and capsule contracture. If you are shaving or plucking the hair, make sure to clean the area well before, and apply antibiotic ointment after. If the hair is dark , you may wish to consider laser hair removal.

Thank you for sharing your question and best wishes on your upcoming procedure.  Once fully healed you will be able to return to your normal hair maintenance routine without increased risk of infections or capsular contracture.  I would initially clip any hair that may develop until 4 weeks out from surgery.
