Long bumpy road trips a week after surgery - complications?

I got my BA two weeks ago (silicone, sub-pectoral, incision through armpit). I have been on a road trip for the last week as a passenger. Bumpy roads would occasionally hurt. I feel like my boobs jiggled around a lot. Now I am really worried I screwed up (tbh I got guilted into these trips by family members and was apprehensive the entire time). Should I be worried?? Did I increase my chances of complications e.g. capsular contracture?
