Is it safe to have a BBL when you have a fast heart rate at resting?

I am going to get a 360 Lipo with BBL. My blood exam came out fine. When I went to visit the cardiologist my resting heart rate was at 120. Is this risky for the type of surgery I am getting?

hello thank you for your question and provided information as well.Based on your question, it is ideal to be reassessed by your cardiologist and if after the reassessment you find that you are fit for these procedures with that heart rate then you consult with a certified plastic surgeon who sees you and see what procedure you apply.
