I️ am looking for a huge butt with very large hips and thighs. What kind of surgery/surgeon should I️ look for? I️ am petite and toned. I️ see girls with huge lower bodies on instagram all the time that are clearly surgically enhanced. But whenever I️ look at before/afters on plastic surgeons websites or on here the women are (pardon me) old/fat in their before pictures and have small implants or their legs are too skinny and do not match the implant. My goals in picture.

Thanks for the question.You should not stop taking the Effexor before surgery (take it with a tiny sip of water the morning of surgery) as you may experience withdrawals with even missing one dose. The Wellbutrin is not that delicate, so you may skip a dose or even two.Dr T
