I think it is only fair to point out that only fat is approved for injection.Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Hello! The cost of plastic surgery varies by region of the country. In Ohio, the average cost for a Butt Augmentation with fat transfer also ranges with the amount done. A small amount can be around $5,000 and this can increase to $10,000 for large amounts. Fat is the best choice for the filler because it is your own tissue, and soft and natural feeling.Good Luck.
Hello, thank you for your question. There is no filler approved by the FDA for buttocks augmentation, and the procedure is not even approved, and in my experience, all get complicated at some point in their lives. Be very careful who you trust, and don't believe in anything they try to sell you, as complications can go from further reconstructive surgeries to remove the substance and leaving a deformity behind, to even death. The only approved procedures for buttocks augmentation are either through fat infiltration after harvesting with liposuction, or using a gluteal implant. Good luck
Buttock augmentation can be performed with your own fat (buttock fat grafting or Brazillian buttock lift) or with an implant. There are some who have silicone injected into their buttock but this often results in significant complications. Buttock fat grafting works great and has the added benefit of providing reduction of fat in the areas where there is too much (free liposuction). The ballpark cost of buttock fat grafting is between 7-10 K for surgeon, anesthesia, and operation room cost. All the best,Dr. Remus Repta

Allow me to share with you some information that you may not hear elsewhere. There are only two proven safe and relatively effective methods for Buttock Augmentation and Hip Augmentation: 1) Autologous Fat Transfer (using your own fat, transferring from one area of the body to the other) and 2)...
Making the buttocks larger requires some sort of a surgical procedure: fat grafting or implants; however, padded implants (placed in pants) is one way to make the buttocks appear larger.
