Hi I'm a 20 year old skinny Asian American man who has always had a big round face due to excess cheek fat. Chubby cheeks were great when I was a kid; however, now that I'm 20 it's quite annoying being referred to as "cute" rather than "handsome/hot". My goal is to achieve a more symmetrical and "chiseled/manly" face preferably using non surgical methods. Is this possible? I'm looking into plastic surgery not only for new and improved facial features, but also for business purposes.
