Can filler help for bone loss in the maxilla region?

a year ago! Looking back at a pic taken Feb. 2016 I realized its not distance its bone loss in the maxilla. My mouth looks more "ape" like. I had filler in my upper lip a few times so the upper lip protrudes a bit more but you can see how sunken in the area around my mouth looks. Even my nose is dropping because there is less support for it. The distance between the tip of nose and top of philtrum is deeper! Jaw is not as strong. Can filler be placed in these areas? Please help :(
