What is this little bubble over my incision? (Photo)

Woke up this am with a little bubble over my incision ! My incision has been a textbook recovery and I am 9 weeks post! Is not hard so I don't think it's statutes as I am aware statutes cause knots.. What could this be

I would talk to your hematologist about your platelet levels and proceed in the most cautious way possible.  This is an elective surgery and you should take your time to make sure everything is optimized.

I don't see why you couldn't get a cleanse before surgery as long as you are not dehydrated... but check with your surgeon.

This looks like a hypertrophic scar which is a wide scar.  If you have any interest in making it a finer scar, I would speak to a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss scar revision.
