I’m 51 and have terrible dropping of my lateral eyelids. I’m afraid to do anything that removes skin because my eyes don’t close all the way and I have very dry eyes. Wondering if fillers or fat injections could help? I also read that sometimes the muscle can be tightened without an incision? I get Botox and have done Sculptra and some filler in temples, but the crease in my lateral eyelid makes me look so old.

Great posted photos. Laser lipo contra indicated to remove lower eye lid fat! Only lower lid bleharoplasty either external or tranconj. approach is acceptable with possible peeling with TCA . Fees $4,000-$8,000 ranges.
I’m not sure I understand your question, but if you’re asking if it’s possible to make your eye more almond shaped, then yes that is something that can be done in select patients.
