I assume this is after the excision of the squamous cell carcinoma and its reconstruction with a skin graft. There is a lot of missing clinical information that you did not supply. Assuming that this is a skin graft and you are clear of skin cancer, this its actually an amazing result. It is not at all like nothing was done. However, many are horribly disfigured in the process of clearing this skin cancers. The likelihood of further work to revise this area is so very low, that I would not recommend trying. This area will continue to improve as time bases. That may be a hard message to hear but I would strongly recommend that you accept this result and don't put your appearance in the hands of surgeons who might try to make this very good result better. It is very easy to take an amazing result and make it much worse. Don't do this to yourself.
