Hi, I’ve had lipo 360 plus arms and thighs done 6 months ago where only 1.6L of fat was taken out. My doctor is saying I didn’t have anymore fat and if he was to redo it - it wouldn’t make any difference. I want to go to a different doctor but I really want to know if I do qualify and it can be improved ?

you are a good candidate to go in and get more sculpting and defining.  you will need VASER 360 and renuvion, I would do fat grafting to the hips and buttock.  Best, Dr. Emer

There are a few ways I was looking at your question from a providers Perspective.

1.6 L seems like a small amount of fat to remove for doing the torso with upper and lower extremities. Without knowing your weight or examining you it’s a little hard to tell how much fat could be removed.
Document for doing another round of liposuction is that most likely there is plenty of fat left to be removed for a more impressive result.

A counter argument is that removing fat from every part of your body really doesn’t change your fat distribution it just temporarily removes the fat. Unless someone actually lowers the caloric intake they will most likely regain the fat in the new fat distribution which will be your whole body since your whole body is being treated.  By that argument weight loss would achieve exactly the same goal since you’re having fat removed from every part of your body(more or less)

If patients do not lose weight purposely after liposuction they will drift back to their pre-procedure weight which technically means weight gain send some fat was surgically removed.

It’s a free world and if you want more liposuction you can certainly go out and get it. There’s no shortage of doctors happy to take your money.

In regards to being a good candidate for Liposuction you meet all the criteria. In that sense I would say go for it if you want a more impressive result but recognize you were going to have to deal with long-term weight if you want to maintain their results when the entire body is being treated.

From your photos, you appear to be in good physical condition. You appear to be squeezing and folding slightly lax skin. 
When performing liposuction, one terminates the procedure when the "fatocrit" (ratio of aspirated fat to aspirated blood) begins to fall, indicating that as much mobile fat has been removed as possible, without risking adverse effects.
Secondary liposuction is a consideration if there are still fatty repositories present. However, the results may be limited and risks slightly elevated by the scar deposition following the first procedure.
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
