Would lipo and renuvion make my arms look better or sag worse ?
Answer: Power Assisted Liposuction My recommendation: Outpatient Power Assisted Liposuction. You appear to have a mild degree of “sagging” of the inferior segment of your arms which should retract within a period of 2-4 weeks.

Answer: Arm sagging and heaviness , lipedema liposuction, VASER + renuvion, brachioplasty looks as if you need a brachioplasty and that you have lipedema, I suggest you see an expert as liposuction alone with renuvion will leave you smaller but with loose/wrinkly skin. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Candidacy for liposuction/ j plasma treatment Hi and welcome to our forum! From your photos, I note a minimal-moderate amount of upper arm laxity. Limited resolution of the photo prevents evaluation of the skin itself for stretch marks. A liposuction procedure of the upper arms removes fat only, while a brachioplasty removes excess skin and underlying fat. If there is a not a significant amount of fat present (with its associated added weight), if the skin demonstrates no evidence of overstretching (stretch marks), and if the sag is only minimal to moderate, a liposuction may correct the deformity. On the other hand, if there is stretched out skin, only a brachioplasty can achieve correction. However, one must accept a scar from armpit to elbow. The scar is placed on the inside (medial side) of the arm to minimize exposure, but the scar is readily apparent in certain positions. The mini-arm lift is not of much benefit. Photos at a distance may be deceiving, but it appears that you would be best served with liposuction and j plasma therapy. Seek a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation, examination, and discussion.. Best wishes...
