Can I get a diamond tip, trimmed side part and bridge not higher? (Photos)

I want to have a diamond tip in my nose and trim the side part of my nose but i dont want my bridge to be higher as much as possible. And i still want my face to look natural. But i dont know if my nose will be able to have the look i am going for. My nose is at the left and the nose i want is at the right.
