Is it possible to shrink and flatten a raised mole?

I have this mole above my lips, it didn't exist before, but now its growing in size. I like having that mole on my face but the fact that its growing and raised really bugs me. If its possible to shrink it and flatten it, that would be wonderful!

Mole removal begins with a comprehensive examination and consultation to determine the likelihood of a mole being worrisome. Excisional and incisional biopsies are reserved for suspicious moles. But it’s good news that most moles are not problematic and are only cosmetic, thus leading to the option of scarless or non-surgical mole removal with lasers and RF and plasma. Without any photographs or an in person consultation its impossible to determine your options.  It may be possible to remove the mole in a minor procedure under a local anaesthetic.  Given that the mole is changing in size and shape its essential to arrange a review with your doctor for assessment.
