Answer: Scar revision after piercing Your issue is fairly common. I have found scar revision with direct excision of the scar with careful closure to be the most successful option. It can be done in the office, under local anesthesia, and in the NYC area, should cost between $500-$1000. Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
