I do not detect any major asymmetry. However your maxilla is retruded and would benefit from augmentation at the bottom of your nose. Your bridge is low and would also benefit from augmentation. You may need tip plasty and tip grafting to correct the bulbous tip. I would not recommend a chin augmentation.
