How long should I stop using tretinoin .025 before a Fractional CO2 procedure?

How many days should i stop using my tret .025 prior to a fco2? My fco2 is somewhat very light(all scabs falls off totally on the 4th day). My doctor does a spot treatment only. He also says to resume the medication til all scabs falls off..
