Hi, I have used braces for 2 years and they remove it because my teeth is straight now. My dentist gave me a removable retainer to retain my straight teeth. I always wear my retainer except while eating or drinking some juice/soda. But after a month I saw some minimal relapse teeth on my lower jaw. What should I do? Is this normal? Should I use invisalign to fix this relapse? Pls answer! Thanks :) PS: sorry for bad english :)
