I started Invisalign treatment 2 weeks ago. Is it possible for my jaw line to become narrow in this short time? My ortho staff did ITERO pics, and told me to go back in 4 weeks for the trays. Have not seen my Ortho since the initial consult visit. I have a small narrow mouth (deep palate) and crowed teeth. Will my smile become narrow to make space for my teeth? My ortho is a away for the next two weeks and I am so worried that my jaw line is becoming narrow to accommodate my teeth.

As long as you have been good for most of your treatment one
day of leaving the tray off should not affect things too much. You just want to
make sure that you go back to wearing the
tray as soon as you can and keep it for at least few days prior to beginning
the new set.
When teeth are missing or have been taken out then the aligner will have a pontic space. It can look unsightly or dark and sometimes saliva can build up.In our practice we add silicone plastic to most of the aligners and the plastic is locked in so it does not fall out when taking out the...
You should wear your last aligner just at night while waiting for refinement, especially if they already took impressions or did a scan for your refinement. Do not want the teeth to relapse, but not necessary to wear for 22 hours to prevent that.
