How can I lighten my dark underarm skin?

I am a 16 years old female that has dark underarms. I have a body odor so I started using deodorants since I was 11 years old. Underarm hairs also started growing and I've done plucking, shaving, and waxing. But nowadays, I stick to waxing every 2 weeks. These activities may have caused my underarm skin to darken but then I can't stop waxing and applying deodorant because it's part of hygiene. What effective treatment shall I apply? Thank you!
